Commercial and Small Business

Building and maintenance: Cleaning, Sanitizing and restocking of toilet supplies in rest rooms.                                                                                                                  

Removal of trash: Replace plastic liners as necessary. Return all basket to proper positions. All trash are removed and dupmed into the outside dumpsters.

Dusting: Dusting of all surfaces, including phones, baseboards and sills.

Carpet Care: Deep cleaning, Routine maintenance, vacuuming, Spot removal, Sanitizing, Deodorizing, Shampooing. Monthly, Quarterly or Annually.

Floor Care: Dust mop hard floor, Damp mop, Scrub and recoat, Stripping and Waxing; protect your investment by retarding replacement cost. Monthly Quarterly or Annually.

Move in / move out:  We will clean your facility before you move in and any facility you need cleaned after you move out.

Construction Clean up: We can have your new completed site looking its best with our first time thorough cleaning. Window cleaning, sweeping and mopping all non carperted areas. Buff, Finish or Wax. Vacuum carpeted areas, Dry steam or Shampoo and Deodorize.  Leaving your work area smelling good.

Porter Services: We offer day porter services to maintain the appearance of your office, lobby facility or property. During schedule hours we will address cleaning issues as they arise, which will ensure that your business environment will be properly care for.

Janitorial Supplies

As part of our standard janitorial service, we will replenish all dispensers with paper products and toiletries.  

As a value added service to our customers, we offer consumables such as paper products, toiletries, plastic liners, Sanitary trash can and a wide range of janitorial supplies.  Upon your requests, all janitorial supplies will be deliver as needed and are bill separately.

If a customer prefers to buy consumables elsewhere, we will monitor usage and inform you the customer when supplies run low to ensure timely re-ordering.

If you need one time services or daily and future maintenance. We can render full range of services based on your individual needs. There is more to janitorial service than just the cleaning of your facility. We can offer specialized services including:

You can take advantage of daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly standard office cleaning service contracts. We will come out to clean your place as often as your needs and budget allow — up to 7 days per week.
