The following is general business FAQs.  These will help you understand about the service you are ordering or thinking of ordering. 

HOW SOON DO YOU RESPOND TO REQUESTS?

Responses are sent out within 24 hours or less (most times within the hour). If you do not receive a response, check your bulk or spam mail folder. If it is still not there, your mail may be getting returned to us undeliverable. You are free to try again with a new email address, give us a call. We answer ALL requests, however, a bulk of them do get returned to us undeliverable.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFERENCES?

Yes we will provide 3 to 5 references with phone numbers to reach our clients; feel free to discuss our services with them.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL TO PERFORM YOUR SERVICES?

We travel within approximately a 100 mile radius of Tucson, AZ.

HOW DO YOU BILL FOR SERVICES?

You will be invoiced for any services at the end of the month. All payment are due by the 1st of the month to be paid by the 5th.

A late fee may be assessed to any late payment recieved by the 16th.
 
We do accept Credit Card or Debit Card and ACH payment through Paypal.

ARE YOU REGISTERED BONDED AND INSURED?

Yes for your protection we are fully insured and bonded. We are also registered with the City of Tucson.
 
We will provide certificate of coverage upon request for our clients.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SERVICE AGREEMENT?

Yes both parties will sign our service agreement which is good for one year.
 
This is written evidence that you have agreed to pay for our services while at the same time ensuring that your price will stay the same for the entire year.
 
There is also a 30 day written notice that may be exercised by either party.

Companies who say they do not need to use a service agreement leave you no assurance that your price will not be raised when they deem necessary.

DOES MY COMPANY NEED TO PURCHASE ANY CLEANING EQUIPMENTS OR CLEANING SUPPLIES?

We will provide all cleaning equipments and cleaning supplies needed to perform the work except for consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, hand soap and hand sanitizer.
 
If requested we can supply these items under separate billing.

WHAT IF MY CLEANING DAY FALLS ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?

For Residential customers. If your scheduled cleaning day falls on a public holiday, we will contact you to reschedule the cleaning for another day. Businesses; service will be rendered the day before the obeserved holiday.

WHAT MEASURES ARE TAKEN  SHOULD ANYTHING BE BROKEN OR DAMAGED DURING CLEANING?

A breakage report form will be filled out.

If we are responsible for any damage, we will have the item repaired or replaced.

WILL MY BUILDING BE CLEAN BY THESAME PEOPLE/PERSON EACH NIGHT?

Yes. Consistency is the key to quality.
 
Once your building is assigned to our cleaning specialists, they will be the only people cleaning your building.

HOW SOON CAN YOU START CLEANING MY FACILITY?

Although! we recommend 2 to 4 weeks notice.  
Please know that if you find yourself in a situation where your previous company has quit without warning or notice.
 
We will do everything we can to make arrangements to be there the next business day for all of your cleaning needs.
